Who is Fastest Flash OR Superman ?

During the Flash War, Hunter Zolomon convinced Wally (the original) that he could save his children by breaking the Speed Force. So, Wally started running around the world to work up to the speed necessary to do so. Barry chased after him, trying to stop him. This chase was causing havoc, so Superman tried to catch up to them to get them to stop, but just wasn’t fast enough to do so – and Superman was flying rather than limiting himself to running.
