WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook have faced an outage across India on the midnight of 12th December. As per reports, the outage has not been faced by all the users but several users are experiencing this issue of connecting to the meta-owned social media platforms.
These meta-owned platforms are facing certain kind of disruptions as ‘Meta’ itself on its status dashboard posted, “Facebook manager ads and WhatsApp Business API were facing major disruptions.” This has caused issue to many users across India and they have started reporting about the outage through different mediums and platforms. Another social media platform named “X” is working fine and thus, people are switching to the app following the disruptions in WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
There aren’t any updates yet on when will this problem be resolved, but officials might be working on it and the users can expect to have their favorite social media platforms running again soon.
